I am so happy when I teach yoga and when I practice yoga. It brings me a sweet calm, strength, ease, increased awareness of myself, and what is important in life.
I teach a mix of classes: from classes at my local gym and yoga studio, to community classes, lunch time office, after school teenagers, and pregnant women. All classes are different every day and bring renewed love and respect for yoga and its myriad benefits to health and wellbeing. I love being part of Edinburgh’s ever expanding friendly and inclusive yoga community and sharing the joys of this practice on every level. This year my intention is to continue my commitment to my own daily home practice as well as sharing yoga with as many different people as i possibly can. Looking forward to seeing you soon on the mat.
