Our Workplace Wellbeing Programs are designed to:

  • Support staff wellbeing in a way that is realistic and sustainable
  • Reduce stress through simple and reliable science backed stress-reduction techniques
  • Boost morale and enjoyment at work
  • Improve working relationships and collaborative working outcomes

We are passionate about supporting your teams to thrive.

Our Approach

We offer a range of online, pre-recorded and in person classes, workshops and day retreats all of which incorporate mind-body practices to support good mental health. These can be compact and flexible enough to fit into a working day or can be incorporated into staff away days or CPD training. We can also offer bespoke programmes that can be created to meet the specific needs of your organisation.

Our approach, while based on yoga and mindfulness practices is underpinned by a thorough understanding of the physiology and neuroscience of the stress response. We recognise that we all currently live in stressful world and aim to help you and your employees to understand the impact of stress on individuals and teams, and to create space for safe and supported discussion. We offer practical strategies and tools and help you to create cultures that promote and encourage wellbeing.

Workplace Wellbeing Classes are purely practical and will offer you the chance to experience a full, mat or chair based yoga class including breathing exercises, meditation and yoga poses.

Classes can be organised for a time and day that suits you. Many of our clients run sessions first thing in the morning, at lunchtime or straight after work.

Workshops combine the practical with the theoretical. They are chair based but still offer the opportunity to experience the breathing, moving and meditating exercises we promote.  The group will also have the chance to discuss the issues around stress in the workplace, and also learn how stress affects us physiologically and why the approach we offer works.

All of our services are currently live streamed or pre-recorded. Helping you to improve team working during COVID-19 restrictions and beyond

Our current clients and what they say:

The weekly yoga session is the highlight of my week. It is the single one thing I do for me! I am not a Mum, wife or midwife during this hour. The teachers are really engaging and fantastic. It’s amazing how relaxed and empowered you can feel following a session.”

“It is lovely to be able to switch off the computer at the end of a long hard stressful day knowing that there is a class on to help me unwind.”

“Without a doubt the yoga classes have had an extremely positive effect on my physical and mental wellbeing and I really look forward to the class. It’s a great opportunity to relax and unwind after work and I usually leave the class feeling refreshed and energised, ready to tackle the rest of the week’s work.”
