Lucy was first introduced to yoga in her early 20’s and since then the ritual of her practice has been core to her finding grounding and balance when she’s needed it most. Lucy also works as an Occupational Therapist in mental health services. She decided to train as a yoga teacher due to seeing the value the practice had for her own mental health and her wish to be able to share this with others. Lucy is passionate about bringing yoga to all people and communities and bringing communities together through yoga. She loves to teach with a focus on compassionate and mindful embodiment through gentle movement and connection to the breath.
