Workplace Wellbeing Classes are purely practical and will offer you the chance to experience a full, mat based yoga class including breathing exercises, meditation and yoga poses.
Classes can be organised for a time and day that suits you. Many of our clients run sessions first thing in the morning, at lunchtime or straight after work.
