Vanessa stepped into her first yoga class in her teens while having a turbulent time, since then it has been a pillar in supporting her mental health and wellbeing through the different stages of life. She feels passionately that yoga can be used as part of a toolkit for supporting mental, emotional and physical wellbeing for anyone curious to try. Vanessa loves to help guide people find a yoga practice that works for them.

Before becoming a yoga teacher she worked in various community based organisations both one to one and in group settings and feels ECY combines her love for both teaching yoga and community work.
