Lena is an experienced and empathic Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncturist and has been working in clinical practice for over 16 years. Her passion for holistic health extended to her yoga practice which evolved in training in hatha, aerial and Forrest yoga. She has taught the principles of TCM to yin yoga teachers to enrich their knowledge and understanding of Qi, channels and other fundamental principles. Furthermore, she also assists women in birth preparation, pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum care as a doula. Her love for seasonal living is evident from her obsession with foraging and growing fresh produce. Lena applies all these principles of natural health to her yoga classes which are a fusion of fascinating TCM elements and Forrest-inspired yoga. These classes are suitable for all levels.
