I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 14 and have always really appreciated the emotional and physical benefits of a regular practice. As a teacher, I love being able to encourage students to genuinely relax, find their own breath and enjoy a new sense of calm and strength in themselves through pranyama, meditation and asana practice.
