Jen knows the power that yoga and meditation can have on a person’s wellbeing. She has practiced yoga for six years and meditation for 20 years. Jen completed her initial 200- hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and additional training in trauma, yoga for addictions and ECY outreach training.

Jen is a mental health and substance misuse nurse and is aware of the barriers to accessing therapeutic support and believes that outreach classes are vital in reducing social isolation, stress and distress.
