We applied for funding to continue our existing Yoga for Health classes in Craigmillar.  This will ensure we can continue to offer free, trauma-informed, mental-health aware chair and mat-based yoga classes in Craigmillar for another TWO YEARS!  These classes, taught by our amazing and super skilled teachers Moira McFarlane and John Arthur have been running for several years and continue to grow from strength to strength.
