We are hosting this class to help raise awareness and reduce the stigma of mental ill-health, whilst raising vital funds for Health in Mind and Edinburgh Community Yoga Outreach to continue to transform lives. This fundraiser is a chance to enjoy your own practice, to heal and nurture yourself and in doing so also help others – what can be better than that?!
