I was first drawn to yoga for the purely physical aspect but it didn’t take long before the amazing mental benefits crept in and I started noticing the effects off the mat.
Yoga saved me in many ways from a toxic lifestyle and quite quickly went from something I did to becoming a lifestyle. I completed my 200hour Training with Vidya Heisel of Frog Lotus Yoga International in 2011 and since then have returned to work with Vidya a few times on her retreat centre in Southern Spain. I have travelled extensively to further my knowledge and completed trainings and workshops all over the world to fuel my own passion and share it with others. Particularly inspired by a pilgrimage to India focusing on Bhakti yoga, I would love to see people practicing all forms of yoga beyond asana such as, meditation, pranayama (breath), philosophy and service.
I like to teach a fun Vinyasa Flow style, working hard and pushing out your boundaries but also encouraging connection to spirit. I am also a massage therapist and Reiki 1 certified. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
