Yoga for everyone


Do you serve clients who are deemed marginalized, vulnerable, or at-risk? We partner with organisations such as yours to facilities and support yoga programs. We recruit, screen, train, and support our specialised yoga teachers to work within these settings.

Yoga and meditation are wonderful tools for increasing self-esteem, developing empathy and resilience, reducing reactive and unhealthy patterns of behaviours. These mindful practices are known to help alleviate symptoms of PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and assist in the sustained recovery of addiction and substance misuse.

We offer a safe, sensitive and empowering course of classes to encourage emotional and physical health and wellbeing.  If you have the space to accommodate us; a fully qualified, insured and experienced instructor can come to your workplace and teach a regular private group class there. We can accommodate different needs, levels and experience and can provide mats.  Mental health issues effect so many of us and yoga and meditation have something to offer everyone.

Price is dependent on the regularity of the booking, the distance from central Edinburgh and the size of the group. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

If you work with an individual who you think may benefit from yoga classes and is able to cope with a public class there is also the possibility to come along at a discounted rate.  See here for details.


We would invoice you at the end of each month and would ask for a BACS transfer to be made to cover classes taught that month.

Health and Safety

All our teachers are fully qualified, insured and police checked and a full risk assessment can be provided on request. We require all participants, or their legal guardian to sign a disclaimer. For a copy of our safeguarding policies and procedures please contact us.
